To the Breedlove & Adams Family,
Her presence will be missed and she will never be forgotton because she had such a warm spirit even in her worst days. God knew she was tired and called her home to be with Him. Hazel, you will always be remembered and loved. I'm praying for the family.

Aunt Hazel it was a pleasure knowing you and being apart of my life will miss you and will take care of Carolyn for you.

Ms Hazel was a wonderful lady and I was her Hospice Volunteer. Our Hospice Austin Volunteer Director linked us together, and what a match we were. Ms Hazel was a seriously funny lady even when she didn't feel well. I enjoyed celebrating life with her. Ms. Hazel said her favorite scripture was Psalm 37. Verse 18 says "The Lord knows the days of the upright, and their inheritance shall be forever". I will miss you Ms. Hazel.
