My condolences to the family. We started at Greyhound around the same time. Been a long time I hadn't seen him. I been retired about 20 yrs. Couple of the drivers I keep in contact with had to kick start my memory banks.I do remember him as a good guy and am sad to know he is no longer with us.More especially lost a brother Mason.

Such humor, such talent, such a capacity to love and be loved. The Greyhound Family has lost one of its own and I have lost a great friend. God bless each of you as you deal with your grief. I will think fondly of Arthur as the spring flowers bloom, the Texas sun shines and as the gentle rain falls.

Mary, Aunt Charlene, Wanda, and Sandy,
Our deepest sympathies upon the sudden death of Arthur. He had indicated in recent e-mails that he was dealing with health issues, but this came as quite a shock. We will miss him. He is now with our Heavenly Father free of disease. Our prayers are with all of you. May our Heavenly Father sustain you in the days ahead and grant you peace knowing you will see Arthur again.
Our love,

It was both an honor and pleasure to have known you. I enjoyed our many nights together in the kitchen and making a friend out of a brother. Your sense of humor, storytelling and your presence will be greatly missed.
Peace, Love and Harmony Brother Spitzenberger!

I had the pleasure of sharing an occasional fellowship with Arthur at the "Knife & Fork Club" lunches over the past few years. I had only met and visited with Arthur on a few occassions. He made it easy for strangers to become friends.
My condolences to the family of a great man.

I have such fond memories of Arthur, such a big heart and such a caring man. I arranged a "Canned Food Drive" at work, and once Arthur got involved, our mountain of food grew out of control ! He was so helpful at work, always there to give advice and share his experience, and also to have a good laugh. It will never be the same. But God is taking care of him now, and we have our great memories. His Wild Irish Rose, Colette

Gone but not forgotten. Arthur's cooking will surely be missed at the lodge... He always willingly gave more than he took.

Uncle Arthur.....I will miss you so much. You and Mary were always my favorite Aunt and Uncle....
I am proud to be related to you, and love you immeasurably. I felt priviledged to be present when you left our earthly place and entered the Kindom of Eternity. I know that you are now at the side of the Lord, and pray for the presence of God as those of us left behind are healed and eased of our dispair.
I will miss you.....but as I told you, I will do what I can to make sure that Mary is cared for and has what she needs.
I love you and miss you.....I will miss your jokes and sense of humor!! You are truly one of a kind.
Love,
Diana Cross
