Eva Mary Bradford was the seventh child born to the late Mr. Alvin Sorrells and Mrs. Myriel Sorrells in Manchaca, Texas on April 23, 1935. She attended the former (old) Anderson High School, Austin from 1954-1956.

She accepted Christ at an early age, where she was a faithful member of Smith Chapel Church of God in Christ, Austin and later united with Springdale Church of God in Christ. She proudly introduced Mr. Carlton Mims and his children to Smith Church of God in Christ, and he later became the Pastor. Today Mr. Carlton Mims is Elder Carlton Mims and his son Michael Mims is Assistant Pastor of Mims Chapel Church of God in Christ. She was very dedicated to serving God and doing her work for the church and others.

She departed this life on Thursday, December 2, 2010.

She was preceded in death by her father Alvin Sorrells, her mother Myriel Sorrells, her two sons Bro. James Ray Bell and Everett Carl Bell.

She leaves to mourn her passing, her two sons, William Lee Bell of California and Terry Renard Fisher of Austin; her four daughters, Brenda Woolridge, Valganie McDonald, Elisa Fisher (Caroline) of Austin and Paula Quarterman of North Carolina; 15 grandchildren, Sedric Bell, Shawn Bell, Sunshine Bowser, Gayland Bowser, Kendrick Fisher, Quenton T. Fisher, Jennifer McDonald, Pamela Brumgard, William Bell, Jr., Michael Fisher, Miranda Fisher and Desirae Bell of Austin, Tiffney Stewart of North Carolina, Carlisha Tyree of Houston and Kym Hornbeak of the Phillipines; two brothers, Bobbie Sorrells and James Sorrells of California; five sisters, Precious Sorrells, Floris Sorrells of Austin, Shirley Hill, Marie Hernandez of Manchaca, Bessie Fields of Buda; and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
