Mack Robinson was born November 26, 1923 to the late Reverend Samuel Nathaniel Robinson and Lela Frances Brazell Robinson in Pflugerville, Texas. He was the eleventh child born to this union.

He attended school in Pflugerville, Texas.

At an early age he accepted Christ as his personal Savior at the St. Matthew Baptist Church in Pflugerville where his father was the pastor.

Mack's first love was singing and he was one of the original members of the Bells of Joy and Starlight Gospel Singers, but God gave him a very special gift of delivering His Word and deliver he did. He exercised his God given talents for over 50 years as pastor at the following churches: St. Stephens (Waters Park), St. Mary's (Pflugerville), Antioch (Bastrop), Greater Swenson Grove (Rice's Crossing), First Baptist (San Marcos), Twelfth Street (Austin), Hopewell (Cedar Creek), St. Luke (Austin), where he was the founder and organizer, Pleasant Bethany (Elgin) and Winn's Memorial (Elgin).

In 1942 he was united in marriage to Ruby Williams and to this union no children were born. November 19, 1955 he was united in marriage to Georgian City. No children were born to this union, but they raised their niece Vanessa Kay as their own and loved her as if she was their daughter.

He departed this life on Saturday, April 17, 2010 at the Maggie Johnson Nursing Home.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Lela Robinson, seven brothers, Early, Ira, Samuel, Jr., Lee Curfew, John Henry, Isaac and Matthew, and three sisters, Lillie D., Ethel and Sarah.

He leaves to mourn his passing his beloved wife of 54 years, Georgian; their goddaughter Vanessa (Michael) and her children Tim (Iris), Trina, Ivory, Meisha, Claude and Michael; one sister Ruthie Mae Rivers; two sisters-in-law Sarah Robinson of Corpus Christi and Mattie Robinson of Abilene; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will all miss him.
