Jennifer Williams was born in Austin, Texas to Juanita and Marcellus W. Alexander, Sr. She grew up in Pilot Knob, became an ardent and accomplished Girl Scout, and graduated from Del Valle High School where she met the love of her life, Carl W. Williams.

Jennifer was crowned Ms. Del Valle in 1967 and debuted the same year. She attended Southwest Texas State University. Jennifer and Carl were married on March 22, 1969. During Carl's years of Air Force service, they started a family. Jennifer Williams was the proud mother of two children and four grandchildren. She beamed while supporting and attending their numerous school and extra-curricular activities. In 1980, Jennifer became a Tupperware Consultant. Her attention to detail and unwavering customer-first credo quickly propelled her up the corporate ladder. Ultimately, Jennifer and Carl owned and built a Tupperware distribution franchise.

Sister Williams' love for the Lord and her trust in God was unfaltering. Filled with His wisdom, love and compassion, she shared her positive, generous spirit with everyone as she carried out her duties as an active member of St. James Missionary Baptist Church. She chaired Women's Day at St. James and her presence and hand of fellowship were a much-loved part of the Church community.

Jennifer leaves to cherish her memory a loving husband, Carl Williams, her two children, Ryan Williams (Teresa) of Austin; and Kimberly Williams of Houston; four beautiful grandchildren, Bryanna, Jazra, Tony and Jaxson Williams. She is survived by her supportive parents Marcellus and Juanita Alexander of Austin; her four brothers Marcellus Alexander, Jr. (Linda) of Washington DC; Gerald Alexander (Sherrill); Mark Alexander (Cheryl); and Lamont Alexander (Alta) all of Austin; and three sisters Carmen Shelby of Chicago, IL; Rosalind Alexander-Kasparik of San Diego, CA; and Winell Herron (William) of Houston, TX. A host of loving uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and lifelong friends are also left to celebrate her life.
