Mr. Caesar Rodell jeffery was the oldest of three children born to Charles and Maggie jeffery. He was born on January 13, 1957 in Austin, Texas.

Caesar accepted Christ Jesus as his personal Savior at an early age, and was baptized by his grandfather Rev. Claude Wilson White, Sr. at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Austin, Texas.

Caesar received his education through the Austin Independent School District prior to his enlistment in the United States Army. He served his country well while stationed in Georgia before being honorably discharged.

Caesar, known as C.J. (by those closest to him) was well respected and loved by his family. He was always willing to help when needed. His genuine love and concern for his nieces and nephews was apparent. He was always present at the numerous activities in which they participated.

Caesar always looked for the good in others. Even in his sickness, he refused to complain.

The Lord called mr. Caesar Rodell jeffery from labor to reward on Monday, March 1, 2010. Mr. Jeffery was preceded in death by his mother, Rev. Maggie W. Demps.

he will greatly and dearly missed by his father, Charles Dave Jeffery of Dale, Texas; his only son, Caesar Rodell Jeffery, Jr.; his baby girl Lavonda jeffery; two sisters, Ms. Cheryln Jeffery and Deidra Blakemore (Rev. Andre Blakemore); one brother, Dedric Cemps; one aunt, Martha E. White, all of Austin, Texas; two uncles, Leon and Percy Jeffery of Houston, Texas; three grandsons and one granddaughter; and a host of relatives and friends. Caesar was blessed to have a second family, the Cannons.
