The life book of Monisha opened March 25, 1988 in Austin, Texas to Monique Reed. In early 1990 her mother married Donald Darden who became her loving and devoted father. Monisha attended the AISD and Pflugerville School District. All through school Monisha was an outstanding student. She was very gifted in basketball, singing, dancing and music.
The life book of Monisha closed Friday, February 26, 2010.
She leaves to cherish her home going: mother, Monique; father, Donald Darden; step-father, Rev. Elisha Nelson; sister, Alayah; step-sisters and brothers; uncle, Byron Reed; special aunt and uncle, Delores and Charles Ferguson; four aunts; one uncle; two great great aunts and one great, great, great uncle; special step-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Darden, two special cousins Darrell Reed, Adrian Reed, and a host of cousins and special friends.
Those who are awaiting her homecoming: grandparents Rev. and Mrs. W. M. Reed, grandmother Barbara Ann Gooden, baby brother Morgan Reed, uncle Michael Reed, cousin Derrick Reed, and many other relatives and special friends.
