Shirley Elizabeth Hill, affectionately known as "Sista Baby" was born in Taylor, Texas to Shernan Uriah Reeves and Gladys Mae Wesley.

Shirley received her primary education at O.L. Price in Taylor, Texas and her secondary education at Temple Junior College in Temple, Texas as well as attending. Killeen School of Business in Killeen, Texas.

Shirley dedicated her life to Christ and was a devout and committed member of Bible Believers Fellowship Church. She was also a devout choir member as well.

Shirley loved to sing, travel and spend quality time with her family. Most of all, Shirley had a passion for children. This passion led her to devout her time to Stepping Stone School and teaching children for over 30 years.

Shirley's memories will continue to live through her loving husband of 38 years, Lynn Franklin Hill of Pflugerville, Texas; her three children: sons - Daryl Ju'an Middleton of Sugar Land, Texas and Corey Lynn Hill of Austin, Texas; daughter - Tira Nichelle Denmon (Larry) of Del Valle, Texas; her 90 year old mother, Gladys Mae Wesley Johnson of Killeen, Texas; siblings: brothers - Thomas Lee Brockington and Ira Lee Taylor of Killeen, Texas, sisters - Donna Renae Wesley Spears of Killeen, Texas and Trena Lachelle Young of Balch Springs, Texas; grandchildren: KiAnna Tashel Middleton, Indiah LaRee Denmon and DaYon Khalil Denmon; great granddaughter: Aaniyah Chanel Mosley. She also leaves a whole host of nephews, nieces and other relatives as well as a special friend of the family, Sister Cardie James.
