This is my story -
Amie Mae "Mary" Duvall, was born March 11, 1932 to the late Elnora & LD Duvall in Utley, TX. Mary attended Union Hill school, Utley, TX and Butler Beauty college in Austin, TX.

She accepted Christ a an early age at the Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of Rev. Price. Mary later moved to Austin and united with the Rising Star Baptist Church in 1955 under the leadership of Rev. I.W. Robinson where she served faithfully until her health failed. Over the past 61 years as a member of Rising Star she has served as: Choir President, Mission II President, Jr. Mission Vice-President, Pastor's Aid President, Sunday School Teacher, and New Member Orientation Instructor.

Her life, Laughter, Love, Labor and Legacy, will be missed by many, but most of all by her sister Willie Jean and her cousin, road dog and lifelong confidant Lauree Atkins.
Her Children: Rosalyn, Margaret, Sharon, Lois, Ray and Darrell.

Grandchildren: Brandy, Zonerphia, Zachery Sr., Alicia, Nicholas Sr., Donald Jr., Tanisha, Felicia, Noah Sr, Darrell Jr. & Shamar

Great Grandchildren: Dysha, Noah Jr., Nicholas, Logan, Carl Jr., Destin, Amiya, Amari, Isaiah, Donald III, Dy'Mesheon Daylon Jr., Ginesys, Gabriel, Micah, Zachery Jr., Keyon, Brandon, Kiyan, Zaniah, Zariah, Israel, Isyas, Nicholas Jr., & Nickie, Nieces, Julie White, Nephew, William Hill and a host of other relatives and friends.
