Sharon Washington was born on April 12, 1959 in Austin, TX to Mildred Eason and Frank Washington. Sharon lived in Austin as a childhood and adult life. Sharon was caring and loving person. Sharon graduated from Ross Sterling High in Houston, Texas. Throughout her school years Sharon enjoyed basketball, volleyball and track. Sharon work as a Life Guard for the City of Austin, was employed with AISD as a School Bus Driver and an independent commercial truck driver for SNL.
Sharon and her life partner, Ilka Tennessee Boyce lived in San Antonio, Texas.

Sharon loved her nieces and nephews. As an adult she enjoyed football, basketball, tennis, swimming, bowling and watching movies.

Sharon was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Eason Griffin, step-father Joseph Tommy Alexander Griffin, Grandparents Bessie Mae Eason, Bertha Moore, Isiah Washington, sister Jani Gilford, brother 'Lil Joe Griffin'.

Sharon leaves behind her father and step mother, Frank and Alma Washington, her brother Frank Washington, sisters Pamela Griffin and Sonya Washington Worden, nieces Camil Arnold, Isajerne Thomas, Arliesha Washington, nephews Martell Griffin and Joe Washington, great-nieces Ayanna Arnold, Taylon Washington and great nephews Braylen Burnett and Artayven Arnold.

She leaves behind life partner Ilka Boyce and 3 sons, Francios, Jamaul and Amed. Parents of Ilka Boyce, Mr and Mrs. Roosevelt Tennessee, Tyrone Tennessee and family.

She also leaves behind two very special people Joslyn 'Tootsie' Howard and Dante Howard, and a host of relatives and friends.
