Glen  Miller

Glenn Miller was born on February 13, 1959 in Austin, Texas. He was the fifth of seven children. He was born to the late Woodie and Marie Miller both of Austin, Texas. He attended school and was raised in Austin, Texas.

Glenn professed faith in Christ at an early age. He was a member of Twelfth Street Baptist Church where he worked and served faithfully. He later united with Diakones Ministries under the leadership of Pastor A. J. Quinton where he was a faithfully servant and assisted with Sunday School Class

He was united in marriage to Ida Bunton Miller in 1994. A good family man; loving, kind and generous; he loved his family.

He began working at Capitol Metro in May, 1985 and continued working there up to his untimely passing, serving them for 29 years.

Glenn Miller entered sunset on Friday 18, 2014 surrounded by his loved ones. He leaves to celebrate the memory of his life, his wife Ida Miller; one biological daughter, Marilyn Miller; two stepchildren Raquell Adelapo and Natasha Conner; three brothers, Larry Miller and Charles Miler both of Austin, Texas, Clyde Miller of Houston, Texas; three sisters, Gladys Sterling of Austin, Texas, Susie Curry of San Antonio, Texas, and Barbara Hearne of Houston, Texas; three brothers-in -law, Michael, Gerald, and Lewis Jr.; two sisters-in law, Jacqueline and Nicole; along with grandchildren, a host of nieces,
