Sean Williams was born November 4, 1966 to Charlyne and Robert L. Williams.

Sean was baptized at Simpson United Methodist Church and gave his life to God at an early age.

Sean's mother married Kenneth Allen Maxey and at the age of 2 ½ Sean and the family moved to Indianapolis, Indiana. They returned to Austin when Sean was 13 years of age.

Sean graduated from Johnston High School. He was employed as a Deputy Constable at Travis County Precinct One. During his tenure as a Peace Officer, Sean has received many certificates and letters of appreciation from Attorney General of Texas, the A.S.A.P Program and YouthFest. He earned certificates of completion for training in the areas of High Risk Traffic Stops, Heartsaver AFC/CPR Training, Writing Search Warrant Affidavits and Execution, Civil Process Seminar, New Supervisor's Course, NCIC/TCIC Policy and procedures Training and was certified as an Advance Peace Officer and Field Training Instructor.

Sean was the father of one son, Cody Patrick Williams.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Williams, grandmother Lucille Williams and grandparents Charles and Frozine Overton, aunt Beverly Carey.

Sean leaves to cherish his memory his son, Cody Williams; mother Charlyne Maxey; grandfather Wash Williams, Jr.; stepfather Kenneth Allen Maxey; sisters and brothers, Sophronial, Donna (Bobby), Ronda (Charles), Donald; aunts, Shirley Williams, Daphne Price, Lula Walker, and Doris Guillory; uncles, Tommy Wilber (Donna), Alvin (Connie), Don (Eve), James Williams (Mary) and Kevin Williams; nieces and nephews, Chemeron, Nikole, Joseph Charles, Jr., and Cherrell; other relatives and friends.
