Christine Dibbles was born to Kathryn and Ledward Spencer, Jr. on April 26, 1961 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She entered eternal rest Thursday, December 20, 2012 at 5:30 am after a short battle with cancer.

She confessed her life to Christ at an early age at Bastrop Chapel under the leadership of the late Elder Walter Lee Monroe. Then she later joined The Potter's House under the leadership of Bishop T. D. Jakes.

She attended Lanier High School then later attended Baldwin Beauty School where she completed the state board and received her license as a cosmetologist. She also received certification to become an ordained minister and a nurs's aide. She married the late Robert Earl Dibbles in 1990 and to this union no children were born. She played a major role in the upbringing of her nieces and nephews. Christine was a special person who touched many lives through her ministry. No task was too big or too small for her to accomplish. She loved to travel and visit new places and see new things.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Earl Dibbles, grandmother Gertrude Everson, aunts Margret Reynolds and Sidney Jean Baldwin; uncle Elroy Mayberry, sister LInda Davis and great niece Alicia Spencer (Squeak). She leaves her memory to cherish to her parents Kathryn and Ledward Spencer, Jr.; uncle Earl Baldwin; daugher in Christ Letha Boulden (Lisa); sisters Pier Shaw (Ann), Megan Spencer and god sister Eileen Brown; brothers Ledward Spencer 3rd (Trey) and Darrell Davis; nieces Marquis, Shendera, Vanity, Erica, Kendra, Kameo and Jestine; nephews Laurence, Lamar, Ledward and Jason; a special friend Steve Murphy; and a host of great niees and nephws, relatives and friends.
