Sister Ida Mae Craft was born September 29, 1936 in La Grange , TX. She was a daughter to late Annie Wolford.

Ida was united in marriage to Chester Satterfield for 47 years in Taylor, TX; were she was a devoted wife.

Ida Mae also build a career where she worked at the University of Texas for 32 years were she later retired. Ida loved going to church every Sunday. She was a loving and loyal Christian woman who was always happy, forgiving and willing to help anybody in need. She was a woman of God who loved being around her family and friends. As she would say "May God bless you, May God keep you."

Ida Mae was preceded in death by her late husband Chester Satterfield, her mother Annie Wolford, her aunt Grace Clark, three sisters Maynell Parker, Roberta Alexander and Lovie Mae East; and nine sisters-in-law.

She leaves to celebrate her memory; one sister, Inez Clark; one niece, Gloria C. Knowles; a nephew, Alison Clark; and one aunt, Ella Mae Wright all of San Antonio, TX. Also one other nephew Preston Wolford of Sacramento, Ca.; one uncle Arline Thompson of Austin, TX; three sisters- in-law, Ray Ella Strother of Taylor, TX, Zola Roberson of Austin, TX, and Ella Pearl Dorsey of Clarksville, YN; her beloved children, Stacey Satterfield of Round Rock, TX; Padraic Satterfield of Austin, TX; Tony Satterfield of Clarksville, TN, Elizabeth Hoskins and David Satterfield both of Killeen, TX. Eight-grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Ida also leaves a host of other relatives and friends.
