Caress' journey began on November 19, 1989 in Chicago, Illinois. At the age of 10, Caress moved to Austin, Texas with his mother Sheryl and sister Tina.
Caress graduated from McNeil High School in 2008 where he majored in Engineering. He later went on to study at the Art Institute – Austin and Austin Community College.

Caress was raised in the church, accepting Christ at an early age, and was baptized on June 13, 2010.

Caress' heart was so big, and he loved everyone despite their flaws. He exhibited the true meaning of love so pure, kind, never proud and he endured every circumstance. Caress had a zest for life, a love of music and a passion for art. He believed that his primary purpose was to be an architect engineer and design all around the world. He was an amazing and talented artist, receiving the honor of having his artwork regularly displayed in showcases
including an exhibitat the Arthouse at the Jones Center in downtown Austin. His graphic designs were used for Rockboy K-9 marketing materials and
Throughout the hip-hop community.

Caress had big dreams and was afforded the opportunity to have one of those dreams come true in 2005 when he was granted a wish by Make a Wish to visit Walt Disney World.

He lived out loud, never met a stranger, and always had a smile on his face! He was the life of the party and could be found teaching anyone who wanted to learn
how to do the Dougie! He had a style of his own and his presence was known.

On Sunday, February 19, 2012, the God in whom he had put his trust, the one he asked to walk with him, took his hand and gently drew him into His
presence. After all of the medical crisis, pain, heartaches, and suffering in this world, Caress was finally at peace.

Those left to carry on, to embrace his passion are: his mother Sheryl, devoted Sister Catina (Tina), grandmother Frances Jennings, father Jose Davis, aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of special friends.
